When life gives you lemons - and raspberries.

Ingredients (1 serving)
1 cube of Pink Lemonade
250ml sparkling water
30ml fresh grapefruit juice
1 tsp agave syrup (adjust to taste)
1 small sprig of fresh thyme
Ice cubes
Optional garnish: grapefruit wedge & thyme sprig

Instructions:

✦ Drop the cube in a small splash of sparkling water (about 50 ml) and let it fully dissolve.
✦ Add the grapefruit juice and agave syrup, and stir gently.
✦ Top up with the remaining sparkling water (about 200 ml).
✦ Lightly muddle the thyme in your hands to release its aroma, then drop it into the glass.
✦ Add ice and garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a fresh thyme sprig.
✦ Serve immediately – and enjoy that pink sparkle!
