Each Member can earn Member Points with every purchase made with us online or in a physical waterdrop® store. These points can be used to redeem products such as drink and homeware, and much more. Plus, it's absolutely free to join!

When you join waterdrop® Rewards for free, you automatically become a 'Member'. If you have 3,000 or more Member Points, or are a waterdrop® Subscriber, you will be assigned 'Plus Member'. The difference between the two tiers is the choice of exclusive benefits a Member or Plus Member has access to.

To move to the 'Plus Member' tier, you would need to accumulate 3,000 or more Member Points in the last 12 months, or become a waterdrop® Subscriber.

waterdrop® Rewards Members can earn points ('Member Points') on all purchases made through our online store or in a physical waterdrop® retail store.

All accumulated Member Points expire after 12 months if no new order has been placed via the account corresponding to the points.

Yes, you can manage your waterdrop® Subscription via your waterdrop® Rewards account. Simply visit the subscription section to change, swap or cancel your flavour subscription.
