How old should my child be to start using these Bottles?

Children can already enjoy our well-designed Bottles from the young age of 2. Our Toddler Bottles are designed as animals to make regular drinking fun! For older children, we recommend our Thermo Steel Bottles or All-Purpose Bottles.

Are waterdrop® hydration cubes safe for children?

Most of our Microdrinks can be enjoyed by children with no problems as they do not contain any caffeine or sugar.Having said that, it's worth noting that certain Microdrink flavours such as ICE TEA and COLA contain traces of caffeine due to real tea and cola extracts within. Our Microenergy and Microlyte Collections are not recommended for children due to a high concentration of natural caffeine (Microenergy) and vitamins (Microlyte) respectively.

Where can I find the dimensions of each product?

You can find the dimensions of each individual Bottle or accessory on each product page under the 'What you'll get' section.

Can all bottles be engraved?

Not every product comes with an engravable finish. If a bottle or cap offers this option, you'll find an engraving widget directly on the product page, where you can type in your text and preview it before adding it to your cart. If you don't see the widget, that particular design isn't engravable — but plenty of our bottles are, so there's likely a personalized match for you.One more thing to keep in mind: engraving results can vary slightly depending on the product's coating and finish. This is completely normal and not a flaw!

What can be engraved on the bottles?

You can choose from a selection of emojis in addition to up to 15 characters of text (T&Cs apply).

Can I modify/change or cancel orders containing engraved items?

Unfortunately, this is not possible, so please review your input carefully before ordering to ensure there are no misprints.

Can I return engraved items?

Unfortunately, engraved items cannot be returned.

Can I decide where to put the engraving?

At the moment, the engraving location cannot be selected and is fixed. For Explorer bottles, the engraving will be centered, while for all other bottles it will appear in the lower third of the bottle. After entering your desired text or emojis, you’ll be able to preview a mockup before confirming the engraving.
