LUCY® Smart Cap

Sadly, I used my points for my Lucy SmartCap, and unfortunately the 1 L bottle that I use at work that I specifically saved up my points to get the Lucy cap for … it didn’t fit. However, the one time I did use it, it was really easy to use, and The instructions are actually very clear. If I get another 1 L bottle I may very well purchase this item. However, I have the limited edition London bottle that is no longer made as there isn’t a London shop anymore so I doubt I’m going to stop using it any time soon. LOL The customer service representative who helped me work out why it wasn’t fitting (my bottle was produced prior to 2020) was exceedingly helpful and arrange my return immediately. This in no way was waterdrops fault.

I love my Lucy cap. I had the Larq before buying the Lucy cap but the ability to keep track of my hydration was crucial for me.

So helpful and very cool! Only downside is it’s hard to clean because it can’t be submerged in water, but the benefits far outweigh the downside! Holds its charge all day.

The Lucy was delivered while I was at work, so never got to try it until early evening, that was a mistake, haha. I drank 2 litres of drops over couple hrs as I tested the Lucy out. Lucy worked brilliantly, but word of warning don’t drink that amount drops before bed, I was up half the night using the toilet. But I love the drops and Lucy, would definitely recommend.

Loving my Lucy smart cap working for me love using the glass clear bottle most as I think goes so well with the white Lucy cap and is able to see how much water is in the bottle plus great when using the UVC blue light Cleaning function. Which i love so pretty at night awesome I don't have to Manually input the water amount/intake which i dont mind doing but its cool Lucy does it for you it is easier. Lastly they flashing reminders are cool hoping other Lucy colours come at some point or when a new version Lucy cap 2.0 comes too.

Great idea, really easy to set up. Only thing I would suggest is when calibrating bottle, being able to tell it which drop has been used instead if having to edit every entry...I'd rather calibrate the bottle for each drink once rather than edit the automatic entries multiple times

A must have. It keeps track of what you have drunk. It syncs seamlessly with the Waterdrop hydration app. No more having to remember to add drinks to the amount you have drunk. I’ve owned Lucy for about a week and wouldn’t be without her
