Calcium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function.Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin C, B6, B12, thiamin, niacin, pantothenic acid, calcium and magnesium contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance. Chloride contributes to normal digestion by production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. Water contributes to the maintenance of normal regulation of the body's temperature. In order to obtain the claimed effect, at least 2,0 L water, from all sources, should be consumed per day. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
