Absolutely terrible experience. I haven't even received the product I ordered before Christmas. Extremely disappointed—still no refund or any confirmation of where the parcel is. This was meant to be a Christmas present, and it never arrived. The service has been absolutely awful, and I will NEVER use this company again. I'm seriously starting to wonder if this company is a scam. Brutal.
