High caffeine content. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women (18 mg/100 ml). Recommended consumption: 2-3 cubes maximum per day. Vitamin C, B6, B12, niacin and pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
