Hosting? Drop 2 SPICED PLUM cubes into a heat-safe carafe (1L) of hot water (60°C), add 2–3 cinnamon sticks and a star anise, and let it infuse for a few minutes. Finish with orange slices and a sprig of rosemary, then pour and pass it round within 30 minutes.

Plum, cinnamon and orange – no sugar, just lots of natural spice and warmth, to match whatever tea your friends are about to serve.
