What is the difference between the waterdrop® Bottles and the waterdrop® All-purpose Bottles?

Our waterdrop® Bottles exist in Glass or in Steel and come with a large variety of designs to fit your every mood. They have a narrow opening (3 cm) and can accompany you and your family in all your activities. This includes all Glass Bottles, Steel Bottles, Toddler Bottles, Kids Bottles, Sports Bottles and Limited Edition Bottles (produced after 2020).Our waterdrop® All-Purpose Bottles are made out of stainless steel. They have a wider opening (6 cm), so they are perfect to drop an ice-cube in. They come in two models: Thermo, to keep the temperature of your water for hours, or Ultralight, very light and easy to carry everywhere with you.

How can I confirm which Lid or Cap fit on my Bottle?

We offer two types of accessories for our Bottles: Caps and Lids.Our Caps fit our Glass Bottles, Steel Bottles and Ultralight Steel bottles.Our Lids fit our All-purpose Bottles and Tumblers.It is important to note that Lids and Caps are not interchangeable, and are designed to fit their respective Bottle types.

With which Bottles can I use the LUCY® Smart Cap?

The LUCY® Smart Cap can be used with either our Steel or Glass Bottles.However, it is not compatible with our Toddler Bottles, Ultralight Steel Bottles or All-purpose Bottles.

Can all bottles be engraved?

Bottle engraving is available for most Explorer Thermo Tumblers and steel bottles, with the exception of some bottles with a special finish.

What can be engraved on the bottles?

You can choose from a selection of emojis in addition to up to 15 characters of text (T&Cs apply).

Can I modify/change or cancel orders containing engraved items?

Unfortunately, this is not possible, so please review your input carefully before ordering to ensure there are no misprints.

Can I return engraved items?

Unfortunately, engraved items cannot be returned.

Can I decide where to put the engraving?

At the moment, the engraving location cannot be selected and is fixed. For Explorer bottles, the engraving will be centered, while for all other bottles it will appear in the lower third of the bottle. After entering your desired text or emojis, you’ll be able to preview a mockup before confirming the engraving.
